TMG was founded by John McGregor, a veteran who spent 20 years in the United States Navy before moving on to the Department of Defense where he served as the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition’s focal point for all policy, guidance, and competency relating to Earned Value Management (EVM). John retired from DOD and then spent 5 years in the private sector before he started TMG with a commitment to offering professional services to government, association, and industry clients.

TMG is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB). Federal agencies can sole-source contracts to TMG for services, or existing contractors can subcontract with TMG through small business set asides.
