Founder and Principal

John McGregor is a senior program management and earned value management expert with decades of experience supporting major federal acquisition efforts. He has led policy development, compliance initiatives, and implementation of EVM frameworks across the Department of Defense and the defense industrial base. John works with government and industry clients to design compliant program controls, improve cost and schedule performance, and meet federal oversight requirements.

Kristen Shedd

Principal, Legal and Regulatory Services

Kristen Shedd is a senior attorney with more than two decades of legal leadership experience at FEMA. She advised on major disaster programs, rulemakings, litigation, and constitutional and administrative law matters. At TMG, Kristen provides legal and regulatory services focused on complex federal programs, helping clients navigate statutory authority, regulatory requirements, and policy risk.

Amy Weinhouse

Principal, Environmental and Resilience Policy

Amy Weinhouse is a senior attorney with extensive experience in environmental law, FEMA programs, climate adaptation, and federal grant policy. She has led compliance efforts, developed policy guidance, and advised organizations on disaster mitigation and resilience strategies.
